DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, April 24\, Vivent Health + TPAN will be participating in Dining Out For life once again! Dining Out For Life is an annual\, international fundraising event involving the generous participation of volunteers\, corporate sponsors\, and restaurants. Proceeds for the event benefit local HIV initiatives. Funds raised in Chicago\, stay in Chicago and support unfunded care at our new facility. \n\n\n\nParticipating restaurants donate a percentage of sales from April 24th to support the work we do. We assist with promotion\, attendance\, entertainment and press engagement. \n\n\n\nResidents and groups can support by choosing a participating restaurants and dining out! \n\n\n\nLocal sponsorships are available beginning at $500.
