After receiving her undergraduate and law degrees from University of Illinois\, Lori worked as a management-side employment and litigation attorney for two mid-sized Chicago law firms before starting her own firm in 2011. Her advice on workplace rights and issues ranges from discrimination\, harassment and retaliation\, to equal pay\, leave of absence and wage-hour matters.
