Patricia Wdowka is an Edgewater Chicago REALTOR® and founder of Patricia Wdowka Group at EXIT Strategy Realty, serving buyers, sellers, investors, business owners and those relocating to Chicago. A proud Edgewater resident, she serves Chicago, the North Shore, and northwest and southwest suburbs. Her specialties include residential and commercial real estate, luxury homes, condos, single-family properties, new construction, multi-unit buildings and investments.

For the third consecutive year, Patricia has been selected by the Chicago Association of REALTORS® as Edgewater's 2026–2027 Designated REALTOR® through its Diversity 77 (D77) Committee, reflecting her commitment to community advocacy.

Featured in Chicago Agent Magazine's 2023 Who's Who in Chicagoland Real Estate, Patricia draws on her healthcare consulting, life coaching and project management background to guide clients with care and strategic insight. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and proud Loyola University Chicago alumna, she served as president of Loyola's Polish Student Alliance.

Patricia previously served as First Vice President and Program Director with the Women's Council of REALTORS® Chicago. Fluent in English and Polish, she supports local businesses and diverse communities. She lives in Edgewater with her husband, daughter and two Weimaraners.
